GRANT E. LANE

1954 - 2023

18 JUL 2023

Our hearts are still heavy with the passing of my father. He was truly a one-of-a-kind man and can never be replaced. All of the calls, texts, and emails we have received with kind words about him have been wonderful to hear and show what a man he really was. Everyone here in the Lane Aviation family is hurting but we will get through with the support of each other and everyone in the industry. I know how well we all take care of our own.

Per his wishes, there will not be any funeral services - he was never one to make a big deal about himself. We will be having a celebration of life at the airport in the future and will be sure to post details on that as they are made available. In lieu of flowers, he asked to either donate blood to your local blood bank in his name or make a donation to the PAASS Program.

Dad has given us all of the tools we need to succeed in this industry and our marching orders have been given. We will continue to provide everything we can to all of our friends and customers to be able to safely and effectively complete the missions for their customers.

When Dad knew he was on his last pass and turning to the West, he handed the controls over to me. I will do my best to meet the highest standards that I knew he held himself to. I will continue to provide the best I possibly can to any and everyone who needs our help. He believed in me and I believe in myself and everyone here.

Blue skies and tailwinds, Dad.

Sincerely,

Logan Grant Lane, President
